You basically just solved the problem of having to actually go through getting a frenum or PA piercing. Many people are afraid of getting that pierced since it's the sensitive area and also a lot of people are afraid of getting infections near that area. This is a much better alternative.

Great idea and actually very simple. A few improvements: Make the piercing on the cock bigger and remove the metal ring so you can get the white plastic pin straight through the pierced hole. Then use the none-replaceable plastic lockers with numbers on and the plastic chastity device can be used when passing through airport security. Should be impossible to pull the cock back and out.
